You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to view the files referenced below. If you don't already have this program, you can download it free at www.adobe.com. GM offers select repair techniques for the vehicles highlighted above. These files provide specific collision repair techniques, processes and illustrations for GM vehicles, and were offered as publications during previous NACE conventions. GM Collision Parts provides free consumer literature, position statements, warranty forms and support material to independent body shops. Click the Brochure or Warranty tabs above for downloadable files. You can also download GM's comprehensive report (approximately 2 minutes via a 56k modem) on using OEM parts vs. non-OEM parts when repairing vehicles involved in collisions. GM's analysis found that the aftermarket parts tested and their standards do not meet the standards required for GM-produced OEM parts. Complete GM vehicle service and owners manuals, service bulletins, wiring diagrams and labor time guides are available for purchase through the Owners & Service Manuals section.
